Performance indicators
Four types built on the Shared Core’s general KPI engine: automatic Paseer KPIs, key KPIs, aggregate KPIs, and strategic KPIs. Each has its own definition, owner, milestones, sequential values, and target, with configurable weights for the aggregate and strategic types and bounds for Paseer KPIs. PERF-V7-10

Must total 100% before saving
Weights come from the applied version in Strategy, and are edited in the Strategy KPI register then applied
Values awaiting your manager’s approval
A KPI task is created for each value and submitted to your manager with its evidence
Paseer KPI bounds

The KPI is an entity in the Shared Core’s general KPI engine · Performance defines its types and weights and consumes its values · Strategy consumes the same strategic KPIs without copying them.
